Seeing 4 Avast Add-ons in IE 10

When I go to manage add-ons in IE 10 (Win 8 pro 64), I'm seeing 4 Avast add-ons two 32 bit and two 64 bit. Please see attached image. I'm not sure why it is doing this, any ideas? I downloaded the free version and then add the license key.

It's been like this since the beginning of v8..

Thank you for the reply, but it doesn't give me a clue as whether or not it is a normal thing or something being worked on...

I don't know if it's a bug or it's designed like that too. But since it's been there since .v8... it's probably made like that. If you scroll over, one is for 32 and the other for 64 bit. And then the remaining two are... "Browser Helper Object"
